PT-20

An excellent mouthpiece for F-Tubas, particularly when a full, dark, orchestral sound is desired. Very good low register response, full and resonant mid range.

An excellent general purpose mouthpiece for Eb, CC and BBb tubas featuring a comfortable rim and a large throat bore for depth of tone and volume. The weight of the cup is adjusted for a solid sound with good projection.

 Same as the PT 24, but with a heavier shell. 

PT-30

Model PT-30's cup diameter and Volume result in a mouthpiece of moderate dimensions. The sound is well-centered yet round and offers acceptable tonal modulation with large dynamic range. It has the darkness necessary for use in large ensembles while maintaining clarity for solo, quintet or high range playing. It is a fine mouthpiece of moderate size suitable to any tube.

PT-32

Model PT-32 is intended for all around playing. It combines full and powerful middle and low registers with easy high range accessibility It can be used with all types of tubas.

PT-34

Model PT-34 balances very quick response in the low range with clear sound and strong projection. Even moderately developed players will find it easy to handle.

Model PT-36 produces the depth and volume of sound required by today's symphony orchestras. The relatively narrow rim provides remarkable flexibility for a mouthpiece of this size. This is a very popular mouthpiece.

Model PT-38 is a further development of the highly successful Model PT-36. The cup is slightly wider at the top third of it's length; the rounded rim is very comfortable, even for long playing sessions. The mouthpiece has a similar sound to the Model PT-36 due to a slightly tighter backbore. This model is recommended for players with large lips who prefer a clear symphonic sound with great power and projection.

Model PT-42 provides a strong fundamental with a clear and colorful sound. It has great strength and excellent projection. All the virtues of the funnel-cup philosophy incorporated into a large mouthpiece, highly recommended for large contrabass tubas.
